Felt a bit fatigued this morning, I guess I wasn’t completely over the flu yet. Whoopsie. Still managed to get through most of this but stopped where energy was like mmm nope. FLOW 10 shoulder bands 5 single good AM 5 jefferson curls STRENGTH 10 cossack squats ❌10 hang knee raises - skipped for today 10 l-sit "V" leg lifts 30 glute bridges 60 sec hang - just did 20secs instead EDIT Felt heaps better this evening and did some cardio in the backyard and those 10 hanging knee raises ✅ listening to my body with when to rest but also determined to kick this sickness completely off.
I don’t have instagram, I’m 40, and I hurt my back a couple years ago. Work a lot of hours and just try to manage it but I’m limited. Tired of being limited, need to learn to build my core, rehab better, and move again.
Hey, I'm a middle aged healthcare professional. I've mostly run( multiple half marathons) and done barbell and kettlebell training intermittently for about 10 years. Looking to do calisthenics/bodyweight/gymnastics style training to keep myself fit and strong at a lower body weight.
I'm Kyla, and I'm pretty much brand new to calisthenics. I've been wanting to get into it for a while and just didn't really know where to start. I'm excited to see what I can accomplish!
It’s not time for my weekly check-in just yet, but I wanted to share a personal win anyway since y’all have proven to be SO encouraging and supportive. As of today, I have now lost 85 lbs. I’m just feeling pretty accomplished about that. 🎉🥰💪🏻😝.
