@Josh Culver no they decide when they sign it. but sometimes they will sit with it and refuse to sign it for various reasons

@Jonathan Hutchins im considering telling hm hes outta luck. hes living there and cant afford the bills and thats why the mortgage has gotten to high. he woudnt be able to cover the rent either

straight gold. thank you. there is no reason to waste time with sellers who want to sell. most of them want to sell at retail value but off market. ive learned after 50-100 calls with sellers that im not talking to the right folks. i wasnt looking for distressed sellers. thats the key to being a wholesaler
