Looks like I’m about to lock up my first LAND deal out in Arizona — all thanks to the Dollar Lead Club 🙌 It’s been a bit of a challenge since the seller’s elderly and not too familiar with e-signing, but hey… I didn’t come this far just to come this far 💪 I don’t usually go after land deals, but the seller’s motivation and the numbers were too good to pass up. Let’s see how this one plays out — momentum’s building and I’m just getting started! 🚀
