Heyooo my cousin is a real estate agent and starting his own brokerage soon. He uses Wise Agent now as his CRM but he's very interested in leveraging an AI chatbot for inbound messages. Appointwise, at this time, integrates only with GHL. My cousin isn't married to Wise Agent and will make the switch if needed, but his main question from a CRM standpoint is if he's using HighLevel and creates sub accounts for each of agents that are in his brokerage, is this how the CRM will need to be structured or can you segment out CRMs between agents of a broken within one subaccount in GHL? The reason he's asking is because he needs the ability to transfer leads/customers between agents if needed and allow his agents to make notes on leads/customers that belong to other agents within the brokerage. Sorry this is a banger of a question.. hopefully it makes sense. Any help or insight anyone can provide would be super appreciated. Side note, I'm already a HighLevel user so can for sure bounce this off GHL support, but just thought I'd post here to see if anyone might know. 🙏
