Help me figure out my Niche
Married 21 yrs with 2 kids 19 & 17. Been a serial entrepreneur my whole adult life in multiple industries. None online though. Have sold most of them but still hold 1 home service business company that my team runs. I am currently in the process of being certified through Jay Shetty to be a Life Coach. My plan is to build this business up and then sell my home service business and be online only. I have conquered addiction my self from alcohol and pot and cigarettes and working on food now. Was a long process to quit all those. I have also struggled with procrastination and lack or organization and systems to stay on top of all my things. I have a degree in Psychology from UNCW Trying to figure out what I should specialize in and then offer. Personal Development is my passion. Thats all I do all day is listen to Russell, Brendon, Dean, Tony etc. and practice what I learn and read. With that said and what I have done in the past, what is the best niche for me do you all think? Was thinking personal development for entrepreneurs/married couples/parents to help them explode their business and life through mindset shifts & productivity systems to free up their time to spend it more on the things they love. But, I could talk for weeks on my service business and how to do it. Do I do a course on entrepreneurship and starting and running the type of business I do? Its Epoxy coatings on floors for garages, porches and patios. That to me seems like a pigeon holed topic that I can not expand on and will limit me. I envision building an empire here not just a little course for side income. Would love others thoughts and opinions on what would be a great avenue for me to go down here!

@Jason Dean thanks for the reply! Yes I totally get that. And I agree that passion is a key ingredient I am looking for. I would rather do that everyday then something else just to make money. My whole life, passions are more based around hobbies than businesses. Grew up surfing and skateboarding so that was my passion then. Then it was drugs and alcohol for many years. Hate them now. I am a good husband and father but I don't geek out on those topics. I own a successful business for 17 yrs now but don't really like the labor part of it or the accounting and numbers part of it either. My passion I guess is just making money? I struggle to see what I am passionate about except personal development as I am immersed in that everyday for my self. My spiritual journey is in its infancy as it has just begun to surface in my life so I am pursuing that now myself.

Who is willing to play Show and Tell❓
Hello to everyone here.😎 I was raised farming and selling produce retail and wholesale. At age 16, I started my first business, selling used containers. My course changed in 1995, and I ran a financial planning and Insurance agency for eight years.🚜 My wife and I started a wholesale frozen food and retail frozen and hot food business in 2003. Since then, our companies have generated over eight figures in sales. 🌯 We have been in real estate for over 30 years and have experience in most deals. We own several rental properties, from single-family homes to commercial and even hotels. 🏘️ We even own a karaoke company.🎵 Those are all offline businesses. Online, I have built a funnel for a how-to-play pool (billiards) course and published a book about 8 Ball. 🎱 I am currently building out a Skool community teaching people how to play pool. (Pool Skool) 🎱 I wrote a book early last year titled “Guru or Screw You” (This book tells the story of my experiences with coaching programs and mentors. The good, the bad and the ugly.) 📑 I purchased ClickFunnels over a decade ago. I was one of the first customers. @Russell Brunson did the onboarding in person VIA Skype. We attended the first ever Funnel Hacking live event in Vegas and built a prepper membership site with over a thousand members and have also been involved in building a social network. We have been doing some affiliate marketing off and on for years. ⚽ I am building a couple of other Skool communities, helping people with cash flow, generational wealth, and safe, innovative investment strategies based on my life experiences. I look forward to sharing value and success with everyone here.🙏 What are you working on in your business? Check out the video of my 8 Ball 🎱break and run. I was much younger then. https://youtu.be/zaw6DfRKpg8?si=9VGg-xvbzH6ciX9l

74 second - 60 second perfect webinar attempt. :)
Aloha All, Thought I would share the "finished" attempt at my 60 second perfect webinar. I didn't realize it was 74 seconds until I got it done. LOL. I was happy with it though and loved the inspiration to get it done and start doing it consistently! Looking forward to day 3! BTW... The title will be Fix these three areas, and your business changes forever. Click the link.. 👇

I have an account w ghl right now w a website and products. From my research click funnels and ghl can be integrated. Does anyone know how to do this? Maybe someone has a resource for this? I’m new still, but am eager to learn everything!!

wondering why you need both. I am that new. CF doesn't have CRM properties? What about Kajabi instead?
What's Your Morning Routine?
I always considered myself a "night owl" and I've been working of changing that. So 2 questions if you please... 1. What helped you improve your morning habits? 2. What morning habits do you love the most?

My morning routine looks like this : wake to no alarm (because that is just a rude way to start) feed cats grab a drink go to office & Journal with headphones on with Brown Noise meditate 5-10 mins plan my day in my own GTD style on my ipad read 30mins or so breakfast gym for 1hr come home and back to office for work start this is all alone time except the gym I take my son with me. Very peaceful start to the day and all organized and zoned in before work start.
