Hi all! prob a noob question but whats your comment on using chatbobuilder.ai to set up an appointment setter ai agent vs dedicated voice platforms like vapi or retell? I get that the latter are specialised voice agent builders o prob has better functionality. But Im already building a chatbot for a client using chatbotbuilder and their interested to add a voice agent to handle bookings after hours. Keen to get your insights.
