I have 2 labeum tears in my left hip from 2 years ago. It feels much better but still labrum tears i was told dont heal. Also along with many years of having my left IT band often tight.

Similar to what I often find myself doing! Seeing it as finding what your body needs and making daily efforts to engage and okay with it 15 minutes or more a day makes sense.
