Muscle Ups
Played around with some muscle ups today. Wondering if any of you are heavily into calisthenics?

Congrats man awesome
Yo, whatโ€™s the hardest part about actually sticking to a muscle-building routine?
A lot of guys just try to do too much and end up quitting. Whatโ€™s your experience been like?

Sticking with it when you begin to plateau. It's about consistency and the time you put into it until it becomes a habit.
Thoughts on Religious Talk?
Should we open this can of worms, or is it going to be too volatile a conversation?

@Salah Uddin it can offer purpose but can also cause one to become closed off from objective reality and science. I consider any religion as seperare paths going towards the same place based on history, culture and society of those places. That is why it is powerful but also why it is so easy by those in power to use as a means of manipulation and control.

I generally respect the tenets of religion but assign no validity to any one of them. Even the one I was brought up in. A common respect and humility understanding regardless of your individual faith everyone should have the right to make that choice without fear or pressure for themselves. We share more than what makes us different and tapestry of cultures, faiths and history is what makes us who we are as people but doesn't have to define us or prevent us from recognizing our shared humanity.
