Bulking and body fat
What is the max body fat percentage level that when I reach I should start to cut ?, If my goal is an aesthetic physique with a fair amount of muscle , I’m at 19%bf right and it feels off even though I’ve built a solid amount of muscle but am still way far from the amount I want

As long as you are eating 80% carbs, 20% fats, just keep bulking for around 6-12 months, reducing the calories if you notice a little more fat than you would like.

@Hamza Skool I'm talking about BULKING. You should be getting enough protein regardless, ie, 1.2 grams of protein per pound/ 2 grams of protein per kg.
