Happy Monday! I hope that everyone had a great weekend. Who is ready for week 2 of our workouts? Maybe your goal is to complete one more workout than last week… or simply to move your body more than you did last week. Small steps add up, and consistency always beats perfection. I just completed Day 1, including the optionals. It felt much smoother this week, except those darn step ups. One side I felt in my glute, the other in my quad. And I realized floor lunges aren’t possible for me on my right side with permanent big toe condition. 😑 My goal this week is to do all three days of workouts as I only did day 1 and day 2 last week.

@April Moor yeah i have hallux limitus on my right toe, that I think has actually advanced to rigidus 😔 I was diagnosed in 2015. I have to wear shoes that don’t flex at all and have to wear house shoes. My toe pretty much always hurts. And it’s not necessary permanent, there are surgeries that aren’t always successful.

@April Moor I already feel sore! My arms rarely get worked out, especially my shoulders, so I feel anything when I start. Looking forward to it not being that way! :)

My goal would be mostly hypertrophy, working my way up to hypertrophy/for strength. Which, I did day 2 workout today! My days are off atm, but my goal initially is just to get myself doing weights at all. I was NOT a fan of the Bulgarian split squats. My foot cramped (I wasn’t wearing shoes, I need to figure out a pair of indoor exercise shoes), then second set my quad cramped.
