Hot Take:
Hot Take: AI isn’t replacing people; it’s replacing excuses. One person using AI can do the work of five. While some complain it’s “taking jobs,” others are building systems that work while they sleep. So be honest, is AI the problem, or are people afraid to adapt?
Newbie looking for feedback
I just finished the introduction module, I'm looking forward to learning more and seeing where it will lead... I like the road map explanation and will refer to it often. I'm curious what others think of it and what step are you on ? Data Alchemy Roadmap - Step 1: Set up work environment - Step 2: Learn Python and the fundamental libraries - Step 3: Learn Git and GitHub basics - Step 4: Work on projects and build a portfolio - Step 5: Pick your specialization and share your knowledge - Step 6: Continue to learn and upskill accordingly - Step 7: Monetize your skills (job, freelance, product) Thanks, comments appreciated

I agree with you
1 point to level up 🙇‍♂️
I only need 1 point to move up to Level 3 and open more doors to learning. I've still got work to do to complete Level 2 and prepare but I'm happy that things are falling into place and am keeping the momentum going. Level 4 will be bigger challenge to achieve. Congrats to everyone striving to level up

@Doug Wilson Good job
Why I Switched to Cursor IDE – Is It Worth the Hype?
If you’re a developer, you’ve probably seen Cursor IDE making waves recently. It’s been everywhere, and after five years with VS Code, I made the switch — for now. Cursor is a fork of VS Code but adds powerful AI features like autocomplete, inline edits, and a composer. If you’re familiar with VS Code, the transition is seamless. So you can still use all your settings, themes, extensions, and most importantly, the interactive window! In this week’s video, I dive into these AI features, show how they can improve your coding workflow, and help you decide if Cursor is right for you. Talk soon, Dave P.S. We’ve temporarily closed enrollment for Data Freelancer as we’ve hit our capacity. But don’t worry — some exciting updates are coming soon. We're working on some big things behind the scenes for both Datalumina as a company and the Data Freelancer program. Stay tuned for more details!
