[Maybe an] Unpopular Opinion on Professionality - Ethics on an AI World
I have seen many people in places related to AI and related fields brag about how they do business in automation while having little to now knowledge of the inner details of coding or the way agents and models work. Not knowing the whereabouts of your job is, for me, a lack of professionality and a disloyalty to the customers. Building things using AI tools or asking ChatGPT to code for you may be cool if you are learning or trying to impress someone, but if you want to start a business or a company you shouldn't go that way. Because there will be troubles that you must be able to solve. Customers expect a provider that knows what they are doing and how to fix issues that will appear. If top companies like Microsoft, Apple or Android have had problems with code written and compiled by humans that know what they are doing, so are you going to have. When you start coding, one of the things they told you is that at some point you will spend more time checking the code than writing it. Learn to code and don't rush to a fever that may flop before you're even ready. And most important, for me, be honest to your customers.

@Oriol Fort The folks that are knowledgeable about their work and the inner workings of code will be the folks most successful, bigger projects, clients and income - I see professionality being more about behavior and mannerisms and even the smartest AI folks can lack that. Thanks for bringing up an interesting topic.

1 point to level up 🙇‍♂️
I only need 1 point to move up to Level 3 and open more doors to learning. I've still got work to do to complete Level 2 and prepare but I'm happy that things are falling into place and am keeping the momentum going. Level 4 will be bigger challenge to achieve. Congrats to everyone striving to level up

1st Major Milestone achieved, Python Anaconda downloaded
1 small step successfully completed = making progress. Working on level 2 and now have Python Anaconda down loaded. I still don't know anything about it yet but looking forward to learning more and making all this information make sense. Are there many others here that have absolutely zero experience with AI and coding or just me? 🧐

“Why Most Automation Agencies Stay Stuck at Freelance Level”
I keep seeing automation agencies fall into the same trap: They chase every client, build every custom workflow, and then wonder why they can’t scale. The truth is — automation doesn’t scale if your delivery doesn’t scale. The agencies that break out do 2 things differently: 1️⃣ Productize 70% of their delivery → same backbone, repeatable systems. 2️⃣ Customize only 30% → the part that makes clients feel it’s built “just for them.” That’s how you go from being “the Zapier freelancer” → to running a real automation company. My take: until agencies make this mindset shift, they’ll always be stuck grinding project to project.

interesting topic, I'm sure there are lots as well that are quite happy with the project to project mode of operation, working remotely at their own pace and on their own schedule. Thanks ✌️
