Client Experience
Our firm is focusing this year on ways to elevate our client experience. What are some items your firm does that you believe elevates the overall client experience?

We started doing the "welcome screen" with the client names on our screen in lobby a few years ago. Of all the things we do, they comment on that most it seems. Love when they take photos and post to their social media! Also bake cookies before they come in. Alexa plays music from their high school era in our "family room" while they're waiting for appt. We also use a diffuser from Scentiment or Aroma 360--I don't recall which we chose. I believe we use the Ritz Carlton fragrance. They'll send you samples so you can decide. Also little things like automated soap dispenser and trash can in restroom. Amazed at how many people comment on it feeling fancy. Snack bar in lobby with candy bars, crackers, etc.--mix of healthy and comfort foods. They love it.
Phone Answering Service?
Des anyone have a good experience using an answering service for their office? If so, would you be willing to share your experience and their contact details? Our whole team will be attending a conference and I'd like to make sure someone will be answering the phones in our absence. Thank you!

@Dan VanDusen we’ve had no issues with it. Reception HQ is American based so have never had a language barrier. I love getting a text when someone leaves a message instead of just the email. Can see if it’s something I need to deal with immediately instead of getting buried in my inbox.
