Be honest… if your past self met your current self, what’s the first thing they’d be shocked, confused, or even judgy about?
Be honest… if your past self met your current self, what’s the first thing they’d be shocked, confused, or even judgy about? share your answer in the comments below and reflect on how much you have changed for me if my 2017 self (the version of me BEFORE I went full time on YT) saw who I was now, they would be proud and inspired forsure. At the same time they may be surprised to see me doing hotseat coaching on stage and the dynamic coaching I do. In the past I always assumed I would just be speaking on stage without as much interaction. They wouldn't be surprised that I don't smoke, drink, etc he would DEF be surprised that up until this point I have ran plant medicine retreats for the last 5 years... he would judge my longer hair forsure and some of my tattoos not knowing where that inspiration came from! and he would be surprised to see I no longer force Youtube videos and just focus on doing what I love (running live events) all in all it would be an interesting meeting! what about you?

My 2019 self would be totally confused and low-key shocked 😅💻—still stuck in an IT customer job, solving computer issues all day, waiting for weekends and holidays just to feel a bit alive and breathe 🌫️. He’d never believe that I’d one day be living in Paraguay, surrounded by wild green jungle, birdsong, and sunshine ☀️🌿—growing healing plants, creating soulful recipes, and turning my passion into purpose. 💧No more rush-hour stress.🌸No more waiting for "someday".Just waking up and choosing:If, what, and when I want to do something. He might first judge the earthy hands, slower pace, and barefoot mornings 🍃😄…but deep inside, I think he’d be proud. He’d feel the freedom. The peace. The shift from surviving 👉 to living. ✨This life didn’t come overnight. But every small step was worth it.

Time for meditation?
According to you, what's the best time to meditate?

Many people find that meditating first thing in the morning is a great way to start the day with clarity and calmness. Others prefer to meditate in the evening to unwind and reflect on the day. Ultimately, the best time is when you can consistently dedicate a few quiet moments to focus on yourself without distractions. The key is making it a regular practice, regardless of the time!

@Florite Mo I agree, it’s amazing that EFT is so accessible and can be used alongside journaling and meditations for even greater benefit. It’s a simple yet effective practice that can bring a lot of relief, and like you, I’ve seen it work wonders in many different areas.
Tapping?
Does anyone else do tapping while meditating? I started adding tapping a couple of weeks ago and so many emotions come flooding out every time. I sobbed the first few times but the intensity is lessening. I feel like I’m letting go of some deep beliefs and feelings that have kept me stuck for so long. I don’t try to suppress the feelings and emotions but let them process through. Hope this helps and curious if others have the same experience.

Yes, I also do tapping while meditating, and I find it incredibly powerful. I often combine it with visual meditation, which helps me process and release emotions more deeply. It’s amazing how tapping can bring up those hidden beliefs and feelings, and like you, I’ve experienced a lot of emotional release. It feels like a cleansing process, and each time, the intensity lessens as the energy shifts. Keep going, it’s truly transformational!
