According to you, what's the best time to meditate?

Hey guys, glad to be with you here, I've come across Aaron's vedios around 2 years ago when I was going through a heartbreak, then here I am again but for different reasons, right now I want to get rid of the neediness energy that I'm emitting to the world It's my first time doing this kind of stuff so I don't know really what I'm supposed to do but I'll do it anyway. And then again I'm glad I joined this community, hope we have a wonderful time together!
