I asked this before but never got an answer. I would be interested, but I do have questions like (just please don’t say speak to one of the sales people in the mentorship department because others may have want to know the same answer) - Roles & Responsibilities (What exactly are you bringing to the table (deal finding, capital, hustle, follow-up)? What exactly are you bringing (buyers list, private money, underwriting, contractors, title connections)? I just like it spell this out so expectations are clear.) - Profit Split (50/50 if both contribute significant value. Or 70/30 or 60/40 if one side does more heavy lifting. How do you typically structure splits with partners?) - Decision-Making Power (Who has the final say on price reductions, negotiations, or exit strategy) - JV contract?

Hi everyone, I’m Emilia St. Jean, based in Tampa, Florida. I’ve been a licensed Realtor since 2018 and have also done a few wholesale deals on the investment side. Hi everyone glad to be here and learn. I’m a Florida Realtor and I’m also a wholesaler. I been wanting to get into multifamily, but it always seems like there’s a roadblock onto how to go about a purchasing it or explaining the creative side so hopefully I will learn something here
