Introduction
Hello! I recently got out of a 5 year relationship (2 years engaged), my first "real" relationship. It's been really tough but I have decided to put the energy and effort into becoming a better person. I have started doing daily runs (2-5km) and working out. Also started reading a lot more including psychology/relationship books, started going to events alone such as dancing courses or support groups. While I still feel like shit inside, doing stuff and socializing with others and hearing their stories really helps. Thank you.
