Day 7 - Keep Showing Up 💪
We’re 7 days into the challenge already 👊 You’ve probably heard it takes about 21 days to build a habit and around 66 days for it to stick. Whatever the exact number is, the main thing is that consistency takes time. If you’ve made it this far, nice work. And if you’ve had to restart, just keep going - that’s part of it too. Day 5 - Halfway Point 🔥
We’re halfway through the challenge, so let’s take a second to look at what we’ve already stacks up 💪 If you’ve been following along, by now you’ve already done at least 100 push-ups, read 50 pages or 50 minutes, and gotten in 50 minutes of intentional movement. That’s consistency right there - showing up every day, even when it’s small, and letting it add up over time.

High protein Asian food 🍱
My husband is a legit kitchen wizard. 🧙‍♂️ He recently came back from Asia with a lot of culinary inspiration! I have a gluten and dairy allergy so he’s had to get creative over the years ☺️ Pictures include high protein tofu sweet potato noodle soup; chicken dumplings, Korean eggs (marinated), char sui pork rice bowl; pork dumplings; shrimp fried rice with miso soup and clams. All homemade… AND sooo good 🤤 while hitting my protein goals!

Being short myself I have to try out shirts. My true size is medium but sometimes I have to buy a small or large depending on the cut. With large I have to shrink it down in the dryer.

@Coach Myles oh yeah I get it!! I was wearing the XL when I was a teen in the 90’s - that was the style in the east coast

Day 4 completed. I even decided to do a mini challenge with my game group. Starting Monday the game group has to do 25 sit-ups or crunches for 5 days in row
