I know 99% of you won't do this.
Heres the harsh reality Many of you want to grow your business, But are not willing to do the work Many of you want to make a lot of money right off the bat But are not willing to charge a small amount even if it's just to start. Let me explain with 2 stories: Meet Billy: Goals: hit 10k per month Offer: $5k service Month 1: posts frequently, barely any bites, no sales Month 2: posts frequently, barely any bites, no sales Month 3: same thing Month 4: same thing Month 5: posts frequently, gets a sales call, turns into another one, makes a single sale but not at 5k, sales at 3k because he's desperate. In a bad mood for putting all of this work in, does not do great work, doesn't get an amazing testimonial because of mediocre work. Month 6: again no sales, gets highly discouraged Month 7: contemplates quitting Month 8: quits and tries another "niche" Month 9: turns into months 1 in another niche and the cycle replays..... Meet Jon: Goals: hit 10k per month (same goal as Billy) Offer: ultimately wants $2.5k service (less work but great profit margin) but starts off at $499 to get some sales going Month 1: posts frequently, gets no bites Month 2: posts frequently, gets a few bites, one turns into a sale ($499 revenue) Month 3: posts frequently, makes another sale because of his first testimonial ( another $499) Month 4: posts frequently, decides to up price to $995 while sharing wins from other 2 clients and has 2 testimonials to back him along with samples to show. No sales this month at $995. Month 5: posts frequently about topic and results and makes 2 sales at $995. Month 6: posts frequently, makes 2 more sales at $995 and decides to jump price up to $1995 after speaking with previous clients and asking for feedback and making a better service. Month 7: posts frequently, makes 1 sale this month at $1995(now total of 7 sales/$7k ish with all the testimonials and practice of "doing" the work. Month 8: decides to stay at $1995 until he hits 10 clients total, then he'll jump up to $2500 service.

@Adan Valdez can you explain this part of the post "ultimately wants $2.5k service (less work but great profit margin) but starts off at $499 to get some sales going". Are you advising to advertise an offer on LI for $499?
How often are you posting on social media?
The more you post, the better chance of getting leads...

@Zee Shan 6 months sounds like a very long time to me.

@Zee Shan I would say that a 10k-20k audience is quite big. My audience is quite small, just over 1k. I definitely understand this is a grind, but I think it's more important to see some return for your effort in less than 6 months. Otherwise, staying consistent is extremely difficult.
Did you make any sales this week?
How about get any leads? Calls booked with you?
