🙄“Side Quest Sunday”
ADHD Sunday = doing loads… just not what you planned 😭 Today I’ve personally achieved: ☕ Made a brew… reheated it 3 times… still forgot to drink it 🧽 Cleaned one very specific area like I’m expecting a surprise inspection 📱 Researched a brand-new hobby I’m definitely starting (for 2 days) 🧠 Designed a completely new life plan while staring out the window 🛒 Filled an online basket… didn’t check out 🍫 Rewarded myself for being “busy” 📦 Moved something from one room to another for absolutely no reason 🔍 Picked up my phone with purpose… forgot the purpose 🧺 Started tidying… found something nostalgic… disappeared for 40 minutes 🚶‍♂️ Walked into a room confident… walked out confused 📺 Put a show on… scrolled instead… no idea what happened 🍪 Went for one snack… formed a small buffet Productivity: chaotic neutral Effort: Olympic level Mental tabs open: 74 Alright ADHDreamers… Be honest 👇 Let me know yours 🙌

Because of my sleep disorder my morning has to be highly organised. So up, 2 workouts done. Quick check of all bank and credit cards. Quick check of emails. 15 minute timer to go on 1 social media usually Instagram. Check store. Quick check on skool. Then its bath/shower and dressed. Then when I'm ready energy level and brain dump into my GPT for that to organise for the day. With alarms set so I don't forget to eat. Drinking is easy for me as I mainly drink cold drinks so take a big Stanley everywhere.

A little light hearted Friday Fun😁 It’s almost the weekend after all 🤩 Alright, honesty time… What’s the one item you own that you wear WAY more than you admit? Not your “best outfit.” Your default. The one you grab when you want comfort, safety, and zero decisions. Examples: 🧥 the same hoodie 🧢 the “bad hair day” cap 👟 the trainers you refuse to retire 🧦 the exact same socks (don’t lie) 🩳 the “at home but also could go shopping” shorts Drop: 1) the item 2) how many days a week (roughly 😅) 3) what colour it is 4) is it comfort clothing? (yes/no) I’ll go first: 🧥 Hoodie (my comfort blanket) 📆 Every day… until my wife peels it off my back 😅 🎨 Beige standard ADHD colour. Your turn 👇
