🌿 Gratitude is Our Strength! | Day 13 / 31 – December Challenge ⭐
Yesterday’s invitation to receive reminded us that gratitude often begins with open hands — with allowing the day to offer its gifts, however quiet or subtle they may be. Thank you for meeting those offerings with such presence. Today, let’s gently turn toward gratitude as rhythm — the steady, returning pulse of practices, habits, or moments that quietly sustain us, day after day. 🌱 Check-in Pause for one quiet minute. Bring to mind one small, repeating part of your day that feels grounding or nourishing. It could be the first sip of tea, a step outside, a breath before speaking, the way light falls at a certain hour, or even putting your hands in soil or water. No need to name it “important” — just notice its rhythm. 💬 Check-out If you feel moved, name that rhythm in a word or short phrase. Let it be simple — a beat in your daily music. *Example:* “CHECK-IN... [pause] ... CHECK-OUT: Watering the herbs.” Gratitude can live in what returns, in what we do almost without thinking — the familiar pulse that quietly holds us. Thank you for continuing to show up, rhythm after rhythm, heartbeat after heartbeat. 🌿🕊️ @Marama Elizabeth @Red Seh @Elizabeth O'Carroll @Veronika Hübner

Checking in with my meditation pause and smelling my herbs...such simple things align my day to remember to be fully present. 💝🌿

🌬️ Qi Gong Is Not Just Physical — Let’s Open the Conversation
When you hear “Qi Gong,” what comes to mind? Gentle movements? Flowing forms? Energy cultivation? Yes — and also, *it’s so much more.* Inspired by a thoughtful question from @Andrea Petrucci Fiori , I want to invite us to look deeper. Qi Gong isn’t just physical exercise — it is an internal art rooted in awareness, breath, and subtle energy. It’s about: - 🌿 Cultivating Qi (life force) — learning to sense, move, and harmonize energy within. - 🧠 Quieting the mind — shifting from mental chatter to mindful presence. - ❤️ Balancing emotion — releasing what no longer serves, inviting calm and clarity. - 🌍 Connecting with nature — aligning your inner rhythm with the seasons and cycles around you. The movement is just the gateway — the visible part of a much deeper practice. You can sit in stillness, breathe with intention, or simply visualize energy flowing — and still be deeply engaged in Qi Gong. So whether you move or meditate, practice daily or just feel called to explore… This is an invitation to see Qi Gong as a holistic practice for body, mind, and spirit — not just a physical routine. 💭 Where do you feel Qi Gong lives for you — beyond the movement? Share your experience, curiosity, or questions below. Let’s breathe into this together. #QiGong #EnergyPractice #MindBodySpirit #InternalArts #MindfulMovement

I am a Tai Chi fan, and Qigong is similar...when I practiced the kata regularly...I was in a meditative state and even experienced 'leaving' my body (it was on autopilot going through the motions) while I was just above my body observing...it is transcendental and healing! 💝

@Marama Elizabeth it's all connected to the larger picture! Application is the inertia to the momentum of returning back! I believe! 💚💝🌿
