To stay sane every day I must...
Workout or have some kind of movement in my day. It really helps! Even if I can't go to the gym I'll take Cody for a long walk and just think, calm my nerves, and run through the day in my mind. What is something you have to do every single day for yourself...your mind...and hey...even your sanity. Drop it in the comments below.

I think I'm not doing something every day to help keep me sane, and it shows! I find myself trying to catch up on soothing my nervous system, instead of doing something daily to help promote calmness. When I was prioritizing yoga every morning, I think I felt lots better. I am feeling called to return to it.

@Jasmine Escalera they really are, and I need to get back into this habit. I used to be much better regular at yoga and meditation.
Quote of the day by Maya Angelou: “Courage is the most important of all the virtues because, without it, you can't......”
This is the ultimate mindset that gets us through. Without courage, it’s difficult to consistently practice qualities like honesty, kindness, integrity, or compassion. Courage gives us the strength to stand by our values, make the right choices, and act with goodness—even when it’s uncomfortable, risky, or challenging.

One of the things I love about our Courage Crew is all of the bravery and support we have together.
Out in the Community yesterday
I came across this deli, and I went inside since it was cold. I got into a conversation with the clerk, when I told him I never been here before. He started showing me all of the food they prepared. I was was telling him it all looked so good and then he proceeded to tell me that his dad built the deli and he and some family members work there. He also told me his dad built the salon next store for his aunt- a beautiful spa. I was like what..........so I started telling what I do, and maybe he can connect me with his dad. I went next store to meet his aunt Millie and the place was beautiful. I told her I know Darion next store and he sent me over. She gave me 10% off for a spa massage, and I showed me around. Both in business for almost 2 years now. I also went back at 3pm for the rejuvenation massage and body scrub, it was 2.5 hours and superb! I made some connections, some place to eat and hopefully a new client, but lets see.

🌟 Day 4 of the Challenge: Connecting to Your Why
Hey Courage Crew! You’ve set your mini goals—and today, we take it deeper. It’s time to connect to your WHY. Why did you choose this specific goal? What’s the deeper reason behind the action you’re taking? Your why is the fuel that will keep you going when motivation fades. This challenge isn’t just about hitting a milestone. It’s about reclaiming the life you want to live and that ripple effect often touches more than just you. Think about how achieving this goal could: - Create more peace or joy in your life - Positively impact your family, friends, or children - Inspire your community - Heal generational patterns - Change what’s possible for the next version of you In today’s short video + reflection inside the challenge course, I’ll guide you to uncover that deeper fire. 🔁 FOR OUR REPEAT REINVENTORS: This time around, we invite you to go even deeper. Ask yourself: - Has your why evolved since the last time you did this? - What feels even more urgent or sacred about this reinvention now? Once you’ve connected with your "why" share it in the comments below so we can all hear it.

I'm choosing my mini goal to make sure that my ultimate goal of moving to Spain to live with my chosen family there is at the forefront of my thinking and actions. This in turn will, I hope, create more peace and joy in my life in the present. It will keep me accountable and allow me to actively reflect on my process and progress.
