🌟 Day 12 Challenge: Breaking Down the Journey
Happy Friday, Courage Crew! Today is all about making your reinvention journey feel doable and inspiring by breaking your big goals down into smaller, bite-sized wins. 🔹 Today’s Focus: Take your main goal for this challenge and break it into clear, actionable milestones. The smaller the step, the easier it is to build momentum and confidence along the way. 📝 For Example: If your goal is to transition to a job that aligns with your passions, your milestones might be: - Clarify your top 3 values and strengths - Research at least 5 roles that align - Reach out to 2 people for informational chats - Update your resume and LinkedIn profile - Apply to 1 aligned role per week Today’s video and reflection prompts will help you outline your personalized roadmap. Once you’ve got it sketched out, share your first few steps in the comments so your crew can cheer you on...and help if you get stuck! 🔁 For Our Repeat Challengers: Use this as a moment to ask: - Where do I tend to get stuck? - What systems or routines would make my plan even stronger? Let’s keep building momentum, one step at a time. Drop your mini action steps in the comments below!

I use to get stuck alot with no systems and working harder. Now I use a crm that works for me, even though I am still learning it I work with a showing specialist and time blocking helpful. There is only so much one can do before getting burnt out. Hence my tag line: Choose Move &Live.
Something I like to remember and/or to share with people I meet
The main thing in one's own private world is to try to laugh as much as you cry ..Maya Angelou I like this because it tells me: When life tests you, remember this: in your own inner world, let your laughter rise with the same strength as your tears. Every time you choose joy in the face of struggle, you prove that challenges can shape you but never break you.

@Jasmine Escalera I have lots of challenges since December. But so proud of myself for handling them face on!
🌟 Day 10: Committing to a New Habit
Hey, Courage Crew! Today marks another powerful step forward in our 30‑Day Kickstart Your Reinvention Challenge—and today is where change becomes embodied. Why Habits Matter: Every reinvention is built on small, consistent actions. The habits you choose today should bridge the gap between where you are now and where you want to be. Whether it’s: - 15 minutes a day learning a new skill - A daily money check‑in - Movement, journaling, or intentional rest These habits aren’t “extra.” They are the infrastructure of your future self. Today’s Task: 🎥 Watch today’s mini‑training: Reflect on the habit that will most support your reinvention goal. Then drop the following in the comments below: - The habit you’re committing to - When you’ll do it - How you’ll stay consistent (reminders, accountability, pairing it with an existing routine, etc.) 🔁 For Repeat Reinventors: This is not about choosing another habit...it’s about upgrading your standard. Ask yourself: - What habit did I choose last time… and how can I elevate it now? - What habit reflects who I am today, not who I was then?

I like this DAY 10, it ties in nicely with my day 9...the importance to me of connecting daily with people in video, postcards, and quarterly magazines. But can I do this in another way, YES. I am having a community Real Estate session at one of the banks I deal with and its free to use the room. I just need to get the food......Planning that now. I also have daily check in's on mindset, sleep patterns , and banking. Weekly check in's on my scheduling. For me I have found out that time blocking is essential more than ever. 💯
🌟 Day 9 of the Challenge: Becoming Your Successful Self
Hello Courage Crew! Today marks a transformative moment in your reinvention journey—we're shifting from imagining success to embodying it. It’s time to step into the identity of your successful self and act from that version of you right now. What is Embodiment? Embodiment is a powerful practice where you bring the qualities, mindset, and energy of your successful future self into your present-day actions. It’s not about pretending. It’s about aligning your daily behaviors with the woman you're becoming. 🎥 Watch today’s training + dive into your reflection exercises. Then come back and tell us: - What qualities are you embodying today? - How are you choosing to move, speak, and act like your successful self? - Drop it all in the comments below! 🔁 For Repeat Challengers: You’ve done embodiment before—but today, let it evolve. Ask yourself: - What new traits or habits does the next-level version of me carry? - How can I embody a version of me that is even bolder, softer, wiser, or more free? Let this round of the challenge push you into deeper embodiment—because the version of you you’re stepping into this year… is next level.

I envision myself as a successful REALTOR, so I practice and post my videos with facts and videos of fun to show I am as much a human as a Professional. Leaving little notes on my computer and on my nightstand as reinforcements to keep going. Keeps me resilient and confident. I am already speaking up, so now, stay in practice with facts to gain more influence and clients.
🌟 Day 6 of The Challenge: Cultivating a New Belief
Happy Saturday Courage Crew! Yesterday, we flexed that brave muscle and uncovered the limiting beliefs that have been holding us back. Today, we flip the script. ✨ It’s time to transform those beliefs into new, empowering truths that guide your reinvention. In today’s short video and reflection prompts, you’ll question your limiting belief: - Is it actually true? - Does it serve the woman you are becoming? - Is it aligned with the future you're stepping into? (Chances are, it’s not.) Then, you’ll craft a new belief...one that supports your goals, reflects your power, and helps you stay grounded throughout the rest of the challenge. 🔁 FOR OUR REPEAT CHALLENGERS: You already know the power of belief-building so today’s about upgrading your internal operating system. Ask yourself: - What belief helped me in the last challenge—and how can I now elevate it to match the bolder version of me? - Where am I still playing small? - What belief would feel slightly uncomfortable to say out loud, but would radically expand what I believe is possible? For everyone...Drop your new belief or affirmation in the comments so your crew can hype you up!

As I continue this challenge, I always keep mindest in the forefront. This has helped me in the last challenge, and it will be something I continue to work on because for me it affects all areas of life. My mindset: I make sure I continue to NOT ALLOW doubts of negativity to enter my mind. For example: hhhmmm this seems like a lot, can't do it, you better wait, or what will such and such think- Nope not me anymore. I have moved beyond that, but little doubts may pop up, like this year. For example: When one of my sellers, said to me, " whats taking these buyers so long, do they not have the money, and we need to move etc.,. now about 2 years ago I would of, gotten nervous and said what do I do😵, but this time, last week, nope not allowing this for me🙌, mindset and confidence kicked in because I know what I am doing. I said to them confidently: Remember when we were discussing this on Tuesday. They are qualified and the buyers have the money, so be patient, we are at the end. Remember when you were a first time home buyer, they may not be as knowledgeable as you were with buying. Let me reach out to their agent again, and the attorney will reach out to their attorney. In the meantime, let me know if you have any questions, and please keep packing. The conversation was much better, but I do expect this to happen again until I get the clear to close, but I am also well prepared to handle it, and any other conversations like this.
