It’s how we protect our time, prioritize ourselves, and create the space to grow into the woman we’re becoming. In today’s video, I’ll walk you through how to create a Schedule for Success that aligns with your energy and supports your reinvention. You’ll explore energetic time blocking, habit stacking, and other strategies to help make your growth consistent and sustainable. 🔁 For Our Repeat Challengers: This is your invitation to refine and elevate the schedule you’ve used before. Ask yourself: - What worked last time—and what didn’t? - Where did your time leak away from your goals? - What boundaries do you need to put in place to protect your time and energy this time around? Today is all about making your reinvention journey feel doable and inspiring by breaking your big goals down into smaller, bite-sized wins. 🔹 Today’s Focus: Take your main goal for this challenge and break it into clear, actionable milestones.The smaller the step, the easier it is to build momentum and confidence along the way. 📝 For Example: If your goal is to transition to a job that aligns with your passions, your milestones might be: - Clarify your top 3 values and strengths - Research at least 5 roles that align - Reach out to 2 people for informational chats - Update your resume and LinkedIn profile - Apply to 1 aligned role per week Today’s video and reflection prompts will help you outline your personalized roadmap. Once you’ve got it sketched out, share your first few steps in the comments so your crew can cheer you on...and help if you get stuck! 🔁 For Our Repeat Challengers: Use this as a moment to ask: - Where do I tend to get stuck? - What systems or routines would make my plan even stronger? Hey, Courage Crew! Today marks another powerful step forward in our 30‑Day Kickstart Your Reinvention Challenge—and today is where change becomes embodied. Why Habits Matter: Every reinvention is built on small, consistent actions. The habits you choose today should bridge the gap between where you are now and where you want to be. Whether it’s: - 15 minutes a day learning a new skill - A daily money check‑in - Movement, journaling, or intentional rest These habits aren’t “extra.” They are the infrastructure of your future self. Today’s Task: 🎥 Watch today’s mini‑training: Reflect on the habit that will most support your reinvention goal. Then drop the following in the comments below: - The habit you’re committing to - When you’ll do it - How you’ll stay consistent (reminders, accountability, pairing it with an existing routine, etc.) 🔁 For Repeat Reinventors: This is not about choosing another habit...it’s about upgrading your standard. Ask yourself: - What habit did I choose last time… and how can I elevate it now? - What habit reflects who I am today, not who I was then?

Every time you choose joy in the face of struggle, you prove that challenges can shape you but never break you.
