Hello guys, what niche would you choose if you were just starting out experimenting with AI agents? Which niche is less complicated in its workflow to make AI agents?

I've been consuming a lot of content in here and on Youtube about AI Agents. I've seen a lot of different ways to create AI Agents but which platform do you guys think is the actual best for someone to start their agency based on your experience, work flow, learning curve etc. Also an extra some-what edgy question, does anyone think that this market is going to become saturated to the point its hard to land clients? (im just a beginner please don't be harsh haha) Really appreciate your answers thank you

After seeing the huge wave of AI Agents and the earth shuttering changes that are coming into the e-com world and the new norms that are going to be applied in the near future like AI voice agents, it has stuck to my mind the idea of creating an AI Voice Agency in Greece. I wanted to ask you guys if you think that is possible-profitable. Also which niche would you be reccomending to start? I prefer to go to sell in my country because the communication and culture makes it easier for me to land clients. Also its completely unsaturated here in Greece. What are your thoughts? I would appreciate anyone that can help me because nowadays there is so much information being spread in all of platforms and this has made a huge problem to my clarity of any online business model.
