Anyone else have those moments where it feels like every thing is going really well and it looks like you're getting all the things you've dreamt of having but a part of you goes, I wonder when this is all going to fall apart? Anyone else struggled with thinking traps like that? Tip, hints and suggestions all welcome. I hope everyone is going well.

I struggle with this constantly and haven’t figured out a way around it, sorry 😅 maybe it’s one of the many human condition traps we fall into and the ones who don’t are anomalies
Something dropped in for me today…
EARTH: Food, healthy, natural WATER: Hydration, release toxins FIRE: Exercise, movement heat AIR: Sleep (8 hrs deep breathing!) and could be meditation, qigong, prayer If we don’t get enough of all 4… Shit can get hectic We can get triggered more easily. I think sleep is number one. But you can get more air having a car nap or meditating in the afternoon if you couldn’t get 7-8hrs at night. Water is probably the most neglected. Food and exercise are more obvious but can fall by the wayside. So which of these images would look best for the group logo?!?

Water
With a bit of lemon juice and salt. Good for kidneys (and all kinds of things) but I also think I tend to commit to this because it’s not just plain water.

I keep falling out of the habit and getting back into it, but I put a pinch of salt, a pinch of potassium (in the form of cream of tartar) and a pinch of coconut sugar in a glass with a good squeeze of lemon and my filtered structured water and guzzle it first thing on an empty stomach. Also sometimes I fill a carafe with water, lemon juice and bits, sliced cucumber and mint leaves with a pinch of salt to drink through the day, great in summer
