To maximize every measurable aspect in life. Basically one should strive for leveling up their charecter stats to the max. Most important base stat is fitness That’s because it’s directly linked to your health. Your fitness level is determined by your cardiovascular health and your ”power level” meaning how strong you are in the gym. You can test your VO2 max via cooper test. Run 12 min and see how far you can get. 3000m+ is ideal for people who carry extra muscle mass. Strength is measured generally by squat, bench and deadlift. You should balance cardio and strength training in your workout routine. If you struggle with finding an ideal routine, ask Derrick or me. Next stat is going to be mental health This is what’s holding most people back from achieving their dreams. You can search mental health test online and measure your baseline mood. then to improve it, you should first do a dopamine detox. That means eliminating all fun things from your day for 1-3 days. For example, no social media, treats, shows, youtube, music, drugs, porn, etc. Basically it’s going to reset your brain and elevate your baseline happiness. You’ll find more enjoyment from small things such as food, walks, books, and relationships. After doing the dopamine detox you should reconstruct your timetable to be less stimulating in the future. You should know what you are going to do at every hour of the day to not leave room for scrolling and fucking around. Next to improve your mental health, you should journal about the most traumatic experience you have ever had. Write for 10mins straight about it and then repeat the process for 3 days. What’s going to happen is that you start to lose the emotions attached to the event. That’s going to effect your life by you realising that your past doesn’t effect you anymore. Also you gain objectivity towards the hardship you have endured and realize it was a unskippable cutscene that made you stronger. There are many other ways to improve ones mental health but for the sake of not making this post excessively long, let’s move to

I leave this post here as a reminder for the ones reading this in the future. Nothing in your life is set in stone. You can literally jump timelines. Your life can do a complete 180 degree turn for the better if you change internally. To do that you must be in solitude without distractions for a couple of days. Only have a journal with you. This will cause your mind to bring up your true desires in life. You’ll gain clarity on what you need to do next. It can be helpful to first journal on the future you don’t want. Then think of the opposite of that. In solitude with nothing else to do, you’ll find answers to questions you never know you had. Once the solitude period is over, you need to reschedule your weeks. Leave your old self behind, start fresh. Then just don’t look back and start doing everything differently by choice. It will feel unnatural at first but it’s necessary to rewire your behaviour.
