Run a cohort that is only for intermediate/advanced Skoolers. Make it about networking with those with the skills required to tick every box to make every group members mission a success. The only failure would be if the Skooler just doesn't have a viable business model or does not show up for themselves and do the work. Skills I think are required: skool knowledge, Social media organic, social media ads, sales, funnels, clarity of communication and messaging, simplicity of delivery. Each member obviously has to have achieved a valuable outcome with their target market already - just wanting to successfully scale a community business model. No begginers! Each Skooler cares about and is committing to their sharing their specific skillset to ensure every member of that cohort ticks THAT box. Only launch when every required skillset is present. Chunk required skillsets up/down depending on size of cohort.

Thanks Joe! What posts do you save and revisit?? I don't use that feature much. I DID just update/refresh my onboarding lessons today. I'm SO happy with them. Copying Goosify made it SO much easier.
