I really appreciate the support offered throughout the 28 day challenge. There is plenty of room for improvement but I'm still happy with the overall result. Bring on the next 28 day challenge. Hopefully try the next challenge with intact ribs! 😆

Our founder @Mick Ostini has just completed a full week water fast. This isn’t part of the Reset Challenge, and I’m not inviting anyone to do the same. This is simply an example of what becomes possible when 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲, 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, and 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘀𝗲𝘁 are fully aligned. Last night, he broke his fast and ate, closing the week with 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 and 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗹. It’s a reminder that the limits we think we have are often mental — and with 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆, what once felt impossible can become possible. 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 isn’t about words. I bet Mick would have been good to avoid last week! First week fasting, second week apologising to everyone🤣. Watching Mick's progress last week made me feel hungry! 😋. That first feed that broke the fast looked bloody awesome! We'll done mate, you're as mad as a cut snake. 7 day's wouldn't be for me, but it's made me consider a day here and a day there perhaps?💪
