@Phillip Thai Yes, but not sure if that was the one Rob was talking about adding to the VIP section. I don't need one right now. Trying to figure out what the next step is when finding the vesting title on two properties in Virginia that are owned by a trust. How do I find the heirs?
Preferred Fiverr Operator
Does anyone have a preferred Fiverr operator that they like working with?

Personally, I prefer Upwork and I specify the following countries Colombia Argentina, Peru, Chile Mexico, Panama, Costa Rica. I don’t really like the workers from Pakistan India and the Philippines very much. Because A lot of of the work I have gotten from them has turned out to be one guy selling and managing a small group and I prefer to be working directly with the person. Plus, Spanish is my first language so South American VA’s make a lot of sense

One of my favorite quotes from Sherlock Holmes is: "You look but do not observe." It makes me laugh because it reminds me of my son whenever I ask him to go and look for something. He does the action of going to 'look', however, he has no idea of how to observe what he's looking at, to take note of his surroundings, and completely misses the assignment. Most of the time the answer is right in front of his face lol. The same can be applied to us when researching. We know we're supposed to 'dig deep', but sometimes don't even know what that even looks like. As you are researching don't just look at what you are researching, but keenly observe and take note of things, ask questions about what you're reading through, get familiar with the websites, click on hyperlinks, become a master of curiosity and before you know it, you're going to be able to tell what's a deal and what is not within minutes. It's amazing what our minds can achieve when backed with belief in our abilities. The deals are there. Now train your eyes and mind to spot them before I do haha.

We are doing Texas, so for people that are investing in Texas, your welcome. But make sure you understand the questions and answers because it will be the applicable for Wednesday's training. For everybody else that is investing outside of Texas, this will be your homework prior to Wednesday's call. You need to find the answers and use Texas as an example.
