What Two Decades Beside Functional Medicine Have Taught Me
People often ask me deep, complicated health questions, everything from which supplements to consider to how to interpret confusing symptoms. I think it is because they assume that after being married to a functional medicine doctor for more than 20 years, I must know it all. But the truth is, even with two decades of exposure and countless conversations, there is still so much I am learning every single day. That is exactly why this community exists. It is built on our combined experience — Dr. Giudice’s 26 years in clinical practice and my two decades of living alongside functional medicine as a woman navigating health in real life. Together, we bring both the clinical and the practical sides of functional health, and that perspective is woven into everything inside this community. Inside, we have a full research-based, 16-week Hashimoto’s course, along with hours of additional content on inflammation, lifestyle shifts, immune patterns, and so much more with new material added every week. This course has changed lives by helping people finally make sense of their Hashimoto’s, understand their patterns, and know exactly what steps to take next. This community is a continual journey of learning and growth, and we are in it together. AG

Reduce Overwhelm by Simplifying
Overwhelm is not a sign that you are failing, it is usually a sign that you are carrying too much at once. I have felt this so many times myself. When life gets heavy, I have learned that the most supportive thing I can do is simplify. You do not need to fix everything in one day. You can start by choosing one thing to soften or streamline: • your to-do list • your meals • your schedule • your expectations And sometimes, the most powerful step is letting someone help you. I often forget to ask, but my kids have stepped in for me more times than I can count. Even my 9-year-old has helped pull me out of overwhelm with something as simple as unloading the dishwasher. Those small moments of support make a big difference. Small shifts and even small acts of help really do create a lot of breathing room. AG
