Your body is always speaking… most of us just never learned how to listen.
In this video, I open up something really personal: my own movement assessment — comparing where I was 11 months ago to where I am today... ...and - I would love to give you a free assessment - just comment "assessment" below if you would like to take me up on this. Noticing the tiny changes in how we stand, how our chest aligns, how our feet point, how our spine responds… helps us understand the story of how our body is healing, compensating, protecting, or struggling. When I saw these two clips side-by-side, I honestly felt emotional. Not because everything is “perfect” — but because I could finally see progress that I had only hoped for. ➤ My posture is straighter. ➤ My chest sits more centered. ➤ My body feels more supported, more grounded, more open. If you’ve ever felt frustrated with your scoliosis, your posture, or the slow pace of recovery… I want you to watch this. It might help you see your own body with a little more compassion and a lot more possibility. You deserve to feel aligned. You deserve to feel hopeful. You deserve to feel at home in your body again. And if you want a movement assessment like this for yourself — so you can finally understand what your body has been trying to tell you — just comment “assessment” and we’ll send you all the information. 👉 Watch the full video here: https://youtu.be/e8s1eWOPmuM

Does your chest feel tight or closed in — especially after long hours at a desk?
This video is for you. Tight chest muscles and rounded shoulders are super common in people with back pain or scoliosis, and even tiny daily habits can make them worse. In this video, you’ll learn two simple stretches: ➤ One for the pec major (the big, superficial chest muscle) ➤ And one for the pec minor (the deeper muscle that really pulls your chest forward) You’ll see how changing your arm position, rotating your chest, and adding small movements can open up the front of your body and release that heavy, tight feeling. If this helps, you’re going to love my free Scoliosis Masterclass, where I go deeper into the Scoliosis Correction Protocol — created to help adults slow, stop, and even reverse curve progression. 👉 Join here: https://scoliosiscorrectionprotocol.com/landing-page-masterclass 💬 Which stretch opened your chest the most? 1️⃣ Pec major 2️⃣ Pec minor 3️⃣ Both — I needed this

Real Stories - Real Change
💊 How do you know if your supplements are actually working — and not just draining your wallet?
In today’s episode, we pull back the curtain on the supplement world with health coach and industry veteran James Garland — and WOW, he does not hold back. We talk about how to identify real supplement quality, the hidden ingredients that can undermine your health, and the vitamin forms your body truly absorbs. We also cover the essential supplements most people benefit from, how to build a simple, effective routine, what trustworthy brands do behind the scenes, and the thinking behind James’s personal stack. If you feel fine but want a solid “nutritional insurance policy,” or if you’re dealing with fatigue, brain fog, or stubborn symptoms and want to stop guessing — this episode is your blueprint. 🌱 Modern soils are depleted. Food quality is dropping. Stress is rising. Your supplement routine shouldn’t be guesswork. 👉 Watch the full episode on my YouTube channel: https://youtu.be/25_BvLFItEY

@Jen Samson good to see you here! Having done the primal movement you will have good awareness of the foot decompression (step decompression) moves. This will help but the compression is most likely coming from habitual weight shifting to that side. Does that sound right? In order to change that you will probably have to work on your scoliosis. Try some of the more scoliosis specific exercises here, on my YouTube or even in one of our courses. Welcome to the Skool!

@Linda Bowser hi - yes your story is one I've head before, many time. It's seem like a cruel twist of faith that scoliosis get's worse as you get older when you have more free time to do the active things you didn't get to do when you were younger! Let us know how the Schroth works for you and you can also pepper in some of the free scoliosis exercises I show here and on my YouTube.
