Im a beginner at calisthenics and I can only do a elbow lever

Focus on basic movements (pushups, dips, pull-ups) and make sure you eat good amount of food, and probably train handstands while doing these
Handstand Kickups
I have one tip for handstand kickups, literally just slow down and think of the right cues while kicking up, don’t just jump into it and hope your instincts will take over, I did this one thing and my kickups consistency has literally doubled. I also found a picture of all handstand cues I think of while in a handstand. Hope this helps.

Hi, I'm a beginner in calisthenics, and I would like to progress. I am able to do the elbow lever and hold the L-sit for a few seconds, but I can't seem to get any progress. Can someone share their routine, they used when they started with calisthenics?

Yo guys it’s my first time trying pike to shoulder stand and I can’t do it, so instead of that I did the negative part of a pike pushup and at the bottom I held till failure. That is okay or no?
90 Handstand PU
I’m trying to build more shoulder strength to do these consistently. Anyone have any ideas?
