I might of died…
Set 1- second guessed my standard I set. Did I go to low? Should it be more ? End of Set 3… nope nope we good standard is good I may die. Pushed through it all, hit the standard. Still laying on the floor 5 minutes after ☠️🏳️ Good message and mind set challenge for the morning. Starting out pushing through doubts and meeting the standard. Set your standard for the day.

A SPIN on WINSday! Share your go to easy meal below to help the community out and also grab ones for yourself! Today I’ve got a one sheet that I’m throwing in the oven while I’m working from home! Cutting it all up, throwing it on one tray, will add broccoli and sausages a bit after sweet potatoes. Minimal Prep but tasty and complete! Perfect, especially for a night where Soccer goes until 930 🫠.

Goodles Cheddy Mac!!! It’s a fan favorite especially for my toddler!!! Super easy and high protein - it’s a spin off a childhood meal we loved growing up!!
Final week of challenge!!
What a 6 weeks it has been!! Yesterday we took the kids to the New River Gorge on our way home from TN! It is quite the hike down and I carried Callum (probably weighs 17-18lbs now) down and up without quitting. There is no way I could’ve done that 3 months ago when I started here! Some days have been easy, some days (like today) have been hard but each day I am getting stronger for these 3! @Cassie Moore and I spent the weekend chasing our kids around with ease and it has been worth it all!! I’m so thankful to be here and on this journey 🤍🫶🏻 So grateful for @Ashlynn Dohman 🤍🤍🤍
