Family is in, pre tracked my day so I can enjoy my time with them. 2 miles done before 10 am. Felt great after yesterday’s workout! @Becca Martel taught me her magnesium bedtime drink with creatine which has helped my sleep tremendously Happy Saturday thrivers! 🩷

Reflecting and feeling blessed
As I just finished dinner a bit ago I was thinking of what my life was like 43 days ago (before joining) 1. I was coming home from work super cranky 2. I had little to no energy for anything once home. 3. I was stuck in a rut of the should have, could have, would have. Like I should have gone to the GYM, I shoukd not have eaten that food, etc. 4. I was in constant discomfort or pain from my RA. For the past 43 days 1. I achieved all my Thrive 30’s 2. I have gotten on a routine of getting up at 6 am and start moving. 3. I am not coming home cranky 4. I have more energy through the day and when I get home than I know what to do with. 5. I’m happy my glutes and arms are sore and I’m grateful for it because I know I’m doing it right. 6. I’m not in constant pain or discomfort anymore thank you Gull mega 7. I’m glad I’m being unconditioned from what I have been told or taught in the past and feel free to eat the things I was told I shouldn’t 🍌. 8. I have tracked my food, gotten better on my protien intake and overall macro intake. 9. Just so overwhelmed with joy to be part of this group with so many amazing women thank you.
