Also had my coffee with collagen at 17g of protein. I need to get more collagen and protein. I just finished salted caramel collagen and it was soooooo good. I'm torn between getting a flavored protein and the salted caramel collagen again snd have it in coffee which will probably wont taste good or just go with unflavored collagen and a flavored protein 😭😭😭

If you get up before it’s light outside - give me some tips!!! I have only ever been a morning person on vacations or trips but I am really trying to motivate myself to do my thrive30 and cardio in the morning! I work m-fr 8-5 as an NP, I occasionally have lunch 🫣 where I go for a walk to decompress! I am trying to give myself grace, 4 mos PP, I haven’t missed a thrive30 in 3 months since I started and I am so close to 40lbs down but I am struggling! I want for myself to take time for myself so I can snuggle my 4 month-old and 2.5yo a little longer in the evenings!!! So if you have any tips on how you summon the courage to do something you’ve never been successful at send them my way!! 🤍🫶🏻

I struggle with it most days and before I had my second it was easier. I set my alarm and when it went off I counted backwards 54321 and got up. It was non negotiable for me. I had to get it done because evenings were completely out for me. Right now, im almost 3 months PP and giving myself grace. Even though im up anywhere between 330 and 4 am to pump. I could get dressed and workout but then I go back to sleep and squeeze in my workout while the babe takes her first nap and its not always consistent and I go back to work in June. You need switch that mindset and just get up in the morning. Do it in your pj's or wear your workout clothes to sleep. Make it a non negotiable. You will feel your best once you're done and that way you have more time with your babies

Dragging butt lately… this morning my alarm went off and the last thing I wanted to do was get up & do my thrive30… but I got up & did it anyway! Hopefully I snap out of whatever this funk is I’m in soon bc I’ve been driving the damn struggle bus in the slow lane & its quite frankly pissing me off!

Ughh.. I had every excuse to not workout this morning. I had so much to do with so little time but I turned it on and got through it. I actually liked it lol. I dont know what I'm saying haha. But seriously, I wanted to take a second and just truly thank @Ashlynn Dohman for giving me this opportunity to start this journey and completely change the way I look at health and fitness. It's not about quick fixes, its about building a lifestyle that actually lasts. I'm so grateful for you. Week 3 day 3 done ✔️
