If you get up before it’s light outside - give me some tips!!! I have only ever been a morning person on vacations or trips but I am really trying to motivate myself to do my thrive30 and cardio in the morning! I work m-fr 8-5 as an NP, I occasionally have lunch 🫣 where I go for a walk to decompress! I am trying to give myself grace, 4 mos PP, I haven’t missed a thrive30 in 3 months since I started and I am so close to 40lbs down but I am struggling! I want for myself to take time for myself so I can snuggle my 4 month-old and 2.5yo a little longer in the evenings!!! So if you have any tips on how you summon the courage to do something you’ve never been successful at send them my way!! 🤍🫶🏻
