Hi guys, After a lot of thought, I've decided to step back from coaching and being active in this community for a little while. Right now, I need to focus on other priorities and be fully present in this season of life. Being back at work full time with a new position and location has set me back a little bit. But this this isn't a goodbye to my health and fitness journey. I'll still be showing up for myself, taking care of me, and working toward my goals just a little more quietly and at a slower pace. I'm so grateful for the encouragement, friendships, and support I've found here. Thank you to everyone who has been apart of my journey. I know this community will continue to inspire so many people, and I'll be cheering you on from the sidelines. I wanted to be open with you all because this group has meant so much to me 🤍
