Wednesday Check-In, What Are You Working On Today?
Mid-week already. Momentum matters. I’ve been tightening up our next challenge behind the scenes and keeping the training simple: clean reps, good sweat, no wasted time. Now I want to hear from YOU. What’s the one thing you’re focusing on today? Could be: - A workout - A small win - A habit you’re dialing in - Even something outside the gym you’re proud of Drop it below. @Mark Maguire OCR stands for obstacle course racing: lots of running mixed with rope climbs, monkey bars, carries, and all the fun grip-heavy stuff. My home gym setup is pretty simple but it works great: a half rack, plates, barbell, adjustable bench, a few dumbbells, resistance bands, a stationary bike, and an elliptical. Outside in the backyard I have a rope (much needed for rope climbs). And on my rack I have a small monkey bar attachment. it’s tiny, but perfect for grip work and just hanging. For carries, I use regular 20 kg bags. Nothing fancy, but it all does the job. It’s a minimal setup, but it lets me train everything I need. 😄
