How To Pray 13:7 🙏🏽
Genesis 13:7 (KJV): “And there was a strife between the herdmen of Abram’s cattle and the herdmen of Lot’s cattle: and the Canaanite and the Perizzite dwelled then in the land.” Heavenly Father, I thank You for the reminder in Genesis 13:7 that even in seasons of blessing and increase, strife can arise if peace is not guarded. Lord, help me to recognize when conflict is threatening my relationships, family, or community. Give me the wisdom to respond in love and humility instead of pride or anger. Teach me to seek peace, to be slow to speak, and quick to listen. Just as Abram later chose the path of peace with Lot, help me to prioritize unity over possessions, status, or gain. Father, where there is division in my life, be the God who restores harmony. Where strife has taken root, let Your Spirit bring healing. May my words and actions be led by grace, so that others see Your character in me. And when conflict comes, remind me that peace is possible when I trust in You more than in myself. In Jesus’ name, Amen. 🙏🏽😁

Wellness Tip Tuesday 😁
Pomegranate juice is often called a “superfruit” drink because of its rich nutrient and antioxidant profile. Here are the key wellness benefits: 🌿 Heart and Circulatory Health - Rich in antioxidants (especially punicalagins and anthocyanins), which help protect blood vessels from damage and reduce oxidative stress. - May lower blood pressure and improve circulation by relaxing blood vessels. - Helps reduce “bad” LDL cholesterol while protecting “good” HDL cholesterol. 🛡️ Anti-Inflammatory Effects - Pomegranate juice has strong anti-inflammatory compounds that can reduce chronic inflammation, which is linked to heart disease, diabetes, and arthritis. - Some studies suggest it may help ease symptoms of arthritis and joint pain. 🧠 Brain and Cognitive Support - Antioxidants may cross the blood–brain barrier, helping protect memory and potentially lowering the risk of cognitive decline. - May improve learning and memory by reducing oxidative stress in the brain. 💪 Men’s and Women’s Health - For men: may help improve blood flow, supporting erectile function and overall vitality. - For women: pomegranate’s phytoestrogens may support hormonal balance and bone strength, especially during menopause. 🍊 Immune Support - High in vitamin C and other immune-boosting nutrients. - Antimicrobial properties may help the body resist infections. 🦴 Bone and Joint Benefits - Contains compounds that may slow down cartilage degeneration in arthritis. - Supports bone health through anti-inflammatory and mineral content. ⚡ Other Potential Benefits - Anti-cancer properties: Some research suggests pomegranate may slow the growth of certain cancers (e.g., prostate and breast) due to its antioxidants. - Digestive health: Can support gut health and reduce inflammation in the digestive tract. ⚠️ Things to Keep in Mind - Natural pomegranate juice is healthiest—avoid versions with added sugar. - It can interact with certain medications (like blood thinners and some blood pressure drugs), so check with a doctor if you’re on prescriptions. - Best consumed in moderation—about 4–8 ounces daily is often recommended for health benefits.

How To Pray Genesis 13:2
Genesis 13:2 (KJV): “And Abram was very rich in cattle, in silver, and in gold.” Prayer on Genesis 13:2 Heavenly Father, I thank You for being the God of increase and provision. In Genesis 13:2, I see how You blessed Abram richly with cattle, silver, and gold. Lord, I know that every good and perfect gift comes from You, and You are the source of all prosperity and abundance. I pray today for wisdom to steward well the resources You place in my hands. Let me not trust in riches but in the God who provides them. Bless the work of my hands, multiply my efforts, and let my life reflect Your favor and faithfulness. Father, I ask that as You bless me, my household, and my community, I may be a blessing to others—sharing generously, helping those in need, and investing in the advancement of Your Kingdom. May my prosperity always glorify You, and may I walk humbly knowing that without You, I can do nothing. In Jesus’ name, Amen. 🙏🏽

How To Pray Genesis 12:20 😁
Genesis 12:20 (KJV): “And Pharaoh commanded his men concerning him: and they sent him away, and his wife, and all that he had.” Heavenly Father, I thank You that You are a God who delivers and preserves. In Genesis 12:20, even after Abram’s missteps, You still protected him and Sarai, and You made a way for them to leave safely with all that they had. Lord, I am reminded that Your grace covers me even when I fall short. Father, when I face situations where I have erred, guide me back to the path of truth and righteousness. Thank You that no mistake can cancel Your purpose for my life. Just as You caused Pharaoh to release Abram and Sarai unharmed, I pray that You will release me from every situation that threatens my peace, my family, or my calling. Lord, I declare that Your hand of protection surrounds me. Where the enemy meant harm, You will turn it for good. Lead me forward with clarity, courage, and faith, so that I may walk in Your promises with confidence. In Jesus’ name, Amen. 🙏🏽

How To Pray Genesis 12:18
Genesis 12:18 (KJV): “And Pharaoh called Abram and said, What is this that thou hast done unto me? why didst thou not tell me that she was thy wife?” Prayer on Genesis 12 & 18 Heavenly Father, I thank You for the lessons found in Genesis 12. You called Abram to leave his country and follow You into the unknown, promising blessing, protection, and a future. Yet in his fear, he stumbled and misled Pharaoh about Sarai, causing confusion and harm. Lord, I see myself in Abram, sometimes strong in faith, other times faltering in fear. I pray for the courage to trust You completely, even when circumstances feel uncertain. Guard me from relying on my own schemes for safety, and instead remind me that Your promises are sure and Your protection is greater than anything I can secure for myself. As Pharaoh confronted Abram in Genesis 12:18, teach me the importance of integrity and honesty. May my words and actions align with truth, so that I never misrepresent myself or You. Help me to walk in faith, not fear; in truth, not deception; in trust, not control. Father, just as You preserved Abram and Sarai, preserve me and my household. Cover us with Your mercy when we falter, and lead us in paths of righteousness for Your name’s sake. Let my journey of faith be marked not by my mistakes, but by Your grace and faithfulness. In Jesus name, Amen. 🙏🏽
