Been adding a lot of elements from the handle hustle library to ballhandling segments of my workouts and it’s been great 👍🏻

@Daniel Cooper i would say the decel day has helped a lot of my younger players to eliminate the imbalances and extra steps/hops when they attempt to stop. Translating well into their off the dribble pickups. Also the building blocks of day 1 are essential to intro and comprehend handle manipulation for those new to the concept. Great stuff

@Daniel Cooper I train out of 2 different facilities currently. Yessir, you & Mac were at an all star event at one of the gyms I was previously at! We have since relocated to a new facility in SF

I like to have players play 2v2, 3v3 out of different actions (pindown/dho/pnr/etc). Have those actions trigger a set shot clock. Allows them to rep out live reads and sharpen decision making. Keep nothing scripted.
