I’m curious what you’ve seen work for fat loss while limiting muscle loss. I was doing a lot of running / HITT Training and recently went to 60 minutes of walking on an 6 incline at 3-3.2 mph. I’ve read that the lower intensity can help to target fat. Then again, cardio is cardio.

Walking is the best. 10k steps minimum Daily, been doing ti for years daily. Works great, helps keep using muscle for fuel. If your protein and macros are sufficient and you track what you eat then Losing large amounts of running is a essentially a non issue, it would just be an energy issue, due to not having enough fuel in your body for whatever activity you are choosing to do.
