Prayers and declarations: Obedience and Consecration and Productivity and Effectiveness
1. Obedience Prayer:Father, we submit our will to Yours. We ask for hearts that hear clearly and respond swiftly to Your voice. Remove every distraction, delay, and resistance that competes with Your instructions. Train us to obey not out of obligation, but out of love, reverence, and trust—knowing that obedience positions us for authority and access. NKJV Scriptures: Isaiah 1:19 (NKJV) “If you are willing and obedient,You shall eat the good of the land;” John 10:27 (NKJV) “My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me.” Luke 22:42 (NKJV) “Saying, ‘Father, if it is Your will, take this cup away from Me; nevertheless not My will, but Yours, be done.’” Declaration of Obedience Declaration:We declare that we are Spirit-led leaders, quick to hear and quick to obey the voice of the Lord. Our obedience unlocks divine authority, clarity, and favor. We walk in alignment with Heaven, and our yes to God establishes His will on the earth. NKJV Scriptures: Romans 8:14 (NKJV) “For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God.” Luke 11:28 (NKJV) “But He said, ‘More than that, blessed are those who hear the word of God and keep it!’” 1 Samuel 15:22 (NKJV) “So Samuel said:‘Has the Lord as great delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices,As in obeying the voice of the Lord?Behold, to obey is better than sacrifice,And to heed than the fat of rams.’” 2. Consecration Prayer:Lord, we present ourselves as living sacrifices—set apart, purified, and aligned with Your purposes. Consecrate our thoughts, motives, decisions, and leadership influence. We renounce compromise, soul-driven leadership, and flesh-led ambition. Mark us as holy vessels, fit for the Master’s use in this hour. NKJV Scriptures: Romans 12:1 (NKJV) “I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service.” Joshua 3:5 (NKJV) “And Joshua said to the people, ‘Sanctify yourselves, for tomorrow the Lord will do wonders among you.’”

2025 Leader's Forecast Review: Notes
Summary: The Mountains of Influence & Your Kingdom Assignment We explored the Mountains (or Spheres) of Influence—the God-created systems that govern how society moves, grows, and is shaped. Every person operates in one or more of these mountains, whether by employment, inheritance (spiritual or natural), proximity, passion, or even simple desire and hobby. God often draws people into a mountain because there is impact, influence, and spiritual responsibility tied to your prayer tools and purpose. Accepted Mountains of Influence - Business (Trade & Finance) - Arts & Entertainment - Media - Government - Family - Education - Religion However, we go deeper. We drill into 12 expanded mountains, because modern society functions with more nuanced systems: 1. Marriage & Family 2. Church (Ecclesia) 3. Government & the Military / Law & Justice 4. Trade & Finance (Business) 5. Religion & Philosophy 6. Education / Editing & Publishing 7. Charity & Not-for-Profit 8. Health & Science / Technology / Mental Health 9. Media & Entertainment / Arts / Travel 10. Sport & Recreation 11. Customer Service / Service / Sales 12. Other (emerging mountains or unique callings) Mountains Panel, bringing practitioners and leaders together to help you discern where and why God has placed you. Why These Mountains Matter Every system—businesses, communities, governments, families, nations—operates inside these mountains. These spheres shape the flow of money, culture, innovation, and influence. When you understand your mountain, you understand: - Your placement - Your authority - Your spiritual assignment - Your influence in the world This is Kingdom strategy, not coincidence. You will learn how to identify your mountain by: - Your employment path - Your natural or spiritual family inheritance - Your proximity and environment - Your passions and desires - Your intercessory burdens - Your hobbies or emerging curiosities that signal God’s pull Because God positions you where He needs influence.

Rising Through the Flames: A Journey of Faith and Resilience
Hell tried to claim me. It came for me when I was too young to understand or protect myself. It came through the injustice and unequal treatment I experienced from those who were supposed to nurture, uplift, and guide me. It came when I sought love in places that seemed right and even when I wandered into the wrong places. It chased me while I slept, when I worked, and when I tried to build a better version of myself and a better world for those who depended on me. Hell found me at my highest and my lowest, in every turn, no matter what I did. So I ran. I ran from who I was, from those who loved me, and from the pain that seemed unrelenting. I ran from the idea that there could be something greater, something more for me. I ran from the good, the bad, and the ugly. But then I grew tired—tired of running, tired of being sick and tired. I realized that I didn’t have to stay bound by what tried to destroy me. I refused to let it hold me back, to suppress or oppress me any longer. I chose to rise above, to push forward until I overcame—and when I overcame, I conquered even more. I pressed past the pain of my past, past the odds stacked against me, past every statistic and barrier that sought to confine me. I pressed through dry seasons and shattered boundaries. Every single day, I make the choice to press forward, to look at hell square in the face and declare that it cannot win. By God’s grace, I rise. Every day, I rise in boldness and strength. Every day, I choose to walk in faith, hope, and resilience. Every day, I rise above. This is the journey of a believer, a testimony of God’s power to redeem, restore, and empower us—even when hell itself tries to hold us down.

Leadership is someone others trust enough to follow or repeat Leadership Philosophy 🔥 Leadership Begins Within 🔥 Leadership Is Influence Created Through Trust and Integrity 🔥 Leadership Is Generational Approach: 3 Areas Every Person Deals With A. SPIRIT: Identity, Alignment, and Purpose How You Address It - Centering leaders on purpose and calling - Strengthening inner alignment through values - Teaching leaders to lead from conviction, not reaction - Helping leaders discern where they belong and what they’re assigned to build B. SOUL: Mindset, Emotions, and Decision-Making How You Address It - Emotional intelligence and relational awareness - Reframing limiting beliefs - Strength-based leadership development - Transformational conversations that build clarity and confidence C. BODY: Habits, Discipline, and Practical Strategy How You Address It - Creating healthy rhythms (rest, work, boundaries) - Prioritizing wellbeing (stress, health, long-term sustainability) - Implementing operational and strategic structures - Teaching leaders to build systems, not chaos Leadership Framework: 1. Internal Leadership (Self-Mastery) 2. Interpersonal Leadership (People & Influence) 3. Ecosystem Leadership (Systems & Global Impact) Final Nugget: Global leadership is the integrated capacity to influence, align, and mobilize diverse individuals, teams, and systems across cultural, geographic, and sectoral boundaries.
