🚀 I just reached a massive milestone on a project I've been thinking of for a while and started building this past week... and was very much influenced by this group in finally making this happen!! Also, I took a step back from the Skool Ads Challenge because I wasn't sure on whether a launching a Skool Community (helping SMB's implement AI effectively) was the right move for me "right now" ... so I shifted my energy back to building something I've had on the "whiteboard" for quite some time. While I'm coaching and helping SMB owners to implement AI into their businesses effectively ... I'm also building a Real Estate Voice AI Agent that can handle inbound & outbound calls, SMS, WhatsApp, and email ... qualify the buyers & seller, route them to the right agents, book viewings, and answer questions. The Voice AI is working really well and I'm excited to share 🎉 .

I followed all the steps of the ad challenge and it's working! I am up to 25 members now and counting! I'm so excited to get my group where I know it can go. Thank you so much for the help and support and lessons LFG team!

Started a few Prompts and got 84 Pages of Ideas/Content with strategies on how to use them to find my exact target market. Biggest take-aways: - Creating these detailed personas really helps to craft highly emotive & targeted messages - I can use these variations in messaging to discover the most responsive persona - This give me insights into common leads magnets and themes that I can focus on So much more inspired and less overwhelmed now 🔥🚀 .

FINALLY FOUND MORE CLARITY When I woke up today, things finally became really clear… - Most people don’t give a shit about what I do - All they care about is the transformation they get - And this MUST be the central message that guides all of my communications I kept hearing this from previous coaches, as well as from @Dan Harrison repeatedly… but it never really sunk in until this morning! (Remembing … the first time is the worst time 😂) Here’s my first niche statement… I help Professional Service agencies & owners generate more revenue within 30 days … without having to hire more workforce or spend money on expensive ads. MAKING BETTER DECISIONS I said NO to a very tempting project that could bring in some immediate cash in the next couple of weeks that I urgently need… But the project doesn’t fuel my current mission… so I sent a message to the business owner this morning, letting them know that I have to respectfully not accept the job I also pulled the trigger last night and created a quick, and definitely not perfect, website and we’ll have it up and ready in a couple of days … rather than my normal couple of weeks or months 🤪 FEELING FANTASTIC The feeling of clarity and directed purpose that I have right now is phenomenal… and so funking energizing 🔥🚀✨
