I thought scrolling was downtime. A small escape. Harmless. But my body whispered otherwise: Jaw tight. Breath shallow. Mind foggy. Not tired—overstimulated. I like the intentional scroll time idea! Those doom scrolls of mine are a waste and also drain my energy as I enter down a rabbit hole of following other people's journey; rather than creating my own.
