A question for those using ICM to provide software or consulting services: When you work with multiple customers, does one ICM system support all of them, with separate customer configurations, requirements, data, and outputs? Or do you create and maintain a separate ICM structure for each customer or software product? I’ve been thinking about this through the way I create my own products. I reuse many of the same standards, checks, scripts, and production methods, but different product types may still need different schemas and workflows. A devotional is not built exactly like a prayer card set, even though they share part of the same underlying system. I’m curious whether software providers (or consultants) approach this similarly. Do you maintain a common core and adapt it for each customer, keep every customer implementation completely separate, or use some combination of the two? I’m still learning how others structure this, so I would genuinely appreciate hearing what has worked for you—and where separation becomes important.

If you want to actually win with AI—without burning out, coding complex frameworks, or losing your mind—you have to strip away the chaos and master the Foundation Layer. 🧱 The Foundation Layer: Focus on Mechanics, Not Tools Think of AI like learning to drive. You don't need to know how to rebuild an engine to drive a car. You just need to master steering, gas, and braking. Here is all you need to focus on right now: Core Mechanics over Tool Hopping: Stop jumping from tool to tool. Pick ONE top-tier model (Claude, ChatGPT, Grok or Gemini) and learn how it actually thinks. Master basic prompting patterns and context management. Practical Problem Identification: Don't ask, "How can I use AI today?" Ask, "What repetitive task took me 2 hours this week that I hated doing?" Human-in-the-Loop Integration: AI is an ultra-fast assistant. Your job isn't to let AI do 100% of the work blindly—it’s to guide, critique, and edit its output. 🚀 The Competitive Advantage: Interpretable Context Methodology (ICM) Once you understand the basics, the biggest obstacle is context sprawl—loading massive, messy prompts into an AI and getting inconsistent, hallucinated results. Most people try to solve this with complex code frameworks, APIs, or bloated software. But there’s a much simpler, drastically more powerful way: ICM (Interpretable Context Methodology). This is a letter written to our community. (No Emjois in this one) I have thought about posting this, and I decided that it needed to be posted. I have been away for a bit, mostly because I have been focused on 7 lives that needed me the most. Firstly, I am an IT manager, I am a leader of a team that puts their best into everything they do every day. We have been through the thick and thin together, we have faced adversity and success together, and lately we have faced challenges and expectations that effect all 8 of us. I have had no other option but to focus my energy on the things that keep us moving forward in our own lives. This does not mean this community does not mean to the world to me, but it means I have been focused on other things. I do not apologize for doing what I felt is the right thing, I apologize for not being here for the community. My heart is heavy. Beyond the obligations I have set in stone for the people I lead, I have had a tremendous loss in my life. Today the world has lost a bright light, someone who showed up in my life in a time that I needed most, her name is Marina Berthal and she should be celebrated not only mourned. To all of you she was a stranger, to me she was my world, she was the mom life never afforded me. I have lost 3 moms now in life. The first was my biological mother, the second my grandmother, and now Marina, a person who found me early in life, a broken and lost soul looking for guidance. I know our community is supportive, committed and above all else caring. You have all quickly became the family I have searched for in a lifetime. I want to apologize for my absence and want you all to understand that it is not by want, but by need that I am away currently. In my life I have experienced more loss then most, and this loss has landed in a time when I just could not hold it. I will be back; I just need some time to process this loss. I know we will win together, even when things seem tough. I believe in my heart, as Marina has taught me in life, we will learn together, we will grow together and we will win together.

Please include a few reusable starter templates for the common workspace patterns, like a pipeline, a portfolio of work, a record library, a knowledge hub, and a map of an organization. Make it feel practical, with clear instructions, good defaults, and a simple way to verify that a fresh agent can understand the workspace just by reading the files.
