I'm writing for my first client, and I'm extremely lucky that they recorded the zoom call for me and sent me the link to the recording. I brain was running at 200 mph during the call and didn't stop for the rest of the night. I'm being saved right now because I can go back and watch that recording instead of having to ask them questions that they already answered in the call.

I made a landing page + welcome sequence for a client in exchange for a testimonial. Sent it over to him and asked him what he thought. He didn't reply. Then we agreed to hop on a call and I sent him my calendly, but he never scheduled it. Now, I saw he's using my landing page in his funnel, but he didn't hold up his end of the deal. Compare the 2 images, they're near identical. Did I get screwed over? If yes, how should I proceed?
