Speaking from experience, loving myself has been such a rollercoaster of a journey. However, it is so incredibly rewarding in the end and I’ve come to realize just how much it is entirely okay and a good thing to be SELFISH! I’m sure you guys have heard it before but I’ll say it again, YOU CANNOT POUR FROM AN EMPTY CUP. You need to give to yourself firstly and truthfully more than anyone in your life (husbands, wives and kids included 🤣). So every month we as the HOTGYAL community will be doing our #ILoveMe challenge where each week you do one (JUST 1) thing that is solely for you and benefits only you.
