Whiteboard!
I started using a whiteboard a few months ago, and wondered why I didn't get one earlier!! For anyone like me that is filming across a room, for me this is doing workouts, notes on a whiteboard provide a great way to stay on track. I know what you're thinking .. this is very high tech 😅 haha. I picked this up at a dollar store, so it's an inexpensive and easy addition to filming. The words I have written across the top stay on there for all my videos to remind me of my context and how I want to come across when filming. I think it was in one of Sean Cannell's videos where he says video adds 10 lbs and decreased our energy by half (or something like that), so I remind myself to be energized 😃

Aspect Ratio Issue affecting my Thumbnail
Hello team. I've just finished editing video number 8 and noticed that the aspect ratio on my video was set incorrectly and it's squeezed the Thumbnail slightly so the top and bottom of it has been reduced slightly. I can't face doing the whole thing again! 🤦🙄😥 Does it matter if I post it anyway? Its due to go out on Tuesday.

Did you develop the thumbnail in Canva using their Y/T Thumbnail template. Videos don't have to be perfect. However, in saying this. I wonder if you simply take the images and upload them to Canva using the thumbnail template size you may be able to rectify the issue very quickly. You don't have to include the thumbnail in the video if you don't want to. Simply upload the correct size thumbnail into the thumbnail section of the settings of the video and whalla you're done. Hope this assists.

Canva users, can you help?
I'm an artist and my biggest struggle is the technical stuff. I use Canva for video editing and I have the paid pro version. But when I tried to upload just a 10 minute video it said, "Upload Error- each video must be less than 1024MB" I don't understand this because it was only 10mins long. My husband suggested to lower the video recording setting on my phone to make the file size smaller, but I defiantly don't want poor video quality so I'm unsure what to do. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!🙏

@Des Dreckett Sara, I was just about to suggest handbrake as Des did. It can reduce the file size without compromising video quality and is a free and very safe tool that you can download to your computer. Whilst I use Canva to create thumbnails etc. I've never used the video section. I use the free Canva version which is suitable to my needs. Alexa did a pretty thorough walk through of Capcut last night and has a free version; although Capcut also has a paid version. Maybe try out the free version first and see whether you like it and find it easier to use. This might prove to be a better option. Hence, I encourage you to check out her video first to gain a wee bit more idea before you jump into it. I checked out Divinci Resolve a few years ago and personally couldn't get my head around it. Different courses for different horses. Hence, went back to my go to video editing programme: Camtasia (who don't have a free version; however, unlike Capcut no monthly or annual fee involved. Just purchase the programme and away you go and please note: one really doesn't have to continually upgrage to the latest version either. My version is about 5 years old and still works well.)
