@Autumn Palmer 2. But my body does this sometimes so its hard to tell. I have a prescription so im not breaking rules with the rest of my comment. Lol. I dosed half last night and im not any worse than I was all week, I plan on dosing the rest of my prescribed dose tonight. Crossing my fingers.

@Autumn Palmer no, not at all. That thought never crossed my mind. I think I have mcas, but there is no rhyme or reason to my hives flares. Im hoping the last 2 doses were just flakes and I was flaring anyway. I'd be so sad id I had to give up tirzepatide. I plan on staying low and adding cagri or reta.
How do you get your daily 30 g of fiber? 🌱
Thirty grams can sound like a lot—but you don’t have to eat a giant bowl of vegetables to get there! The easiest way is to spread it throughout your day. Here are a few simple ideas: 🥣 Breakfast: Add berries, chia seeds or ground flaxseed to oatmeal, yogurt or a smoothie. 🌯 Lunch: Choose a high-fiber wrap and add beans, avocado or crunchy veggies. 🍎 Snacks: Try an apple or pear, popcorn, roasted chickpeas, nuts or veggies with hummus. 🥗 Dinner: Add beans, lentils, quinoa, potatoes with the skin or a colorful vegetable to your meal. ✨ Easy boosts: Sprinkle chia or flax into foods you already enjoy, swap refined grains for whole grains or mix cauliflower rice into regular rice. Remember our 30/30/3 way of eating: aim for 30 g of protein, 30 g of fiber and 3 liters of water each day. You don’t have to hit it perfectly—just look for small ways to add a little more fiber throughout the day. Be sure to increase fiber gradually and drink plenty of water. Adding too much too quickly can leave your belly feeling less than thrilled. 😅 And if all else fails…supplement! There are all kinds of ways to add supplemental fiber. One of my favorites is Shameless Snacks (26 g of fiber!) because sometimes fiber is just more fun when it tastes like candy! 🍬🙌 I’ll post a picture below! 👇 What’s your favorite way to get more fiber? Share your ideas in the comments! Here's a LINK to the Shameless Snacks on Amazon.

I am going to have to start adding chia to my shakes again.
Egg Salad
Sharing this egg salad recipe from Stay Fit Mom that I have been making on repeat. I stuff it into a 1/2 pita bread from Costco and it’s an amazing lunch. This is the program that started me on macro’s and I just love Krista’s meal prep recipes. Some are free on her site, others you have to purchase her cook books (which I have them all LOL) https://stayfitmom.com/egg-salad/
