It sinks deeper
I take full responsibility for everything in my life This simple sentence starts getting deeper in my consciousness. It's so easy also with small things to not take full responsibility its very subtle but still... Also doing nothing seems oké, but doing nothing in a certain situation can be that you dont take responsibility.. It's in the small things... Really want to master this What about you?

Consistency
So, I’ve showed up on this platform for 130 days straight. I show up everyday because made a commitment to myself. And I can’t let myself down. I also show up, because it’s part of my purpose. People are not consistent for a variety of deep reasons: psychological, emotional, environmental, and even biological. Here are some core reasons: 1. Lack of Clarity or Purpose When people aren’t clear about what they want or why they want it, it’s hard to stay consistent. Without a strong why, motivation fades quickly. 2. Emotional Disruptions Emotions like fear, anxiety, shame, or sadness can hijack someone's plans. If someone is triggered or dealing with unresolved emotional pain, consistency often takes a back seat to survival or coping. 3. Habits and Conditioning People tend to fall back on old habits, especially when under stress. If someone hasn’t built supportive habits or is used to self-sabotage, they’ll struggle to stay on course. 4. Perfectionism Some people aim to be perfect. When they make a small mistake or fall off track, they give up altogether instead of adjusting and continuing. 5. Fear of Success or Failure Consistency often leads to progress and progress can feel threatening. People fear failing publicly… but they also fear what happens if they succeed. “What will change? Will I be able to handle it?” 6. Low Self-Worth If someone doesn’t believe they deserve success or happiness, they may unconsciously act in ways that undermine their progress. 7. External Distractions or Lack of Boundaries Life is full of distractions. Without boundaries or structure, even the most disciplined person can get knocked off track. 8. Burnout Trying to do too much, too fast, without rest leads to exhaustion and inconsistency. 9. Unrealistic Expectations Setting goals that are too big or too vague without a roadmap can overwhelm people. They stop not because they can’t do it, but because they didn’t plan well. 10. Lack of Accountability or Support When people don’t have a system of accountability or a supportive environment, it’s easy to fall off track and stay there.
