21-Day practice - Turning over a new leaf 🍂🍁🪾
"Real change comes from the application of HIGG will created through the discipline of daily practice." ~Dr. Liana Mattulich. What is HIGG will? Higg will is a refined quality of willpower that becomes more subtle and refined as we practice regularly. The Higg Boson particle is an element found during experiments at the CERN lab in Switzerland. This particle is what gives mass to other particles in the process of becoming. By practicing intentionally on a daily basis we literally transform ourselves at the quantum level. Who's ready? Let's GOOOO! Day 21 - 11/11/2025. What a perfect day to finish up with this round of 21-days. I'll be starting another one soon in a cohort I am creating. For this practice today I did balloons, sweeping, gathering cords, Taichi, and set some intentions for the success of the cohort. Have a beautiful day everyone! Day 20 11/10/2025 here we go. Almost done! Tai chi-it's my favorite now-the two videos below plus axis cats. Day 19 Sunday. I did a practice but didn't document. Mindfulness and movement today. Day 18 11/8/2025 axis cats, tai chi, movement, sunning, exchange, tapping. Day 17 11/7/2025 Axis/CAT 3 legs, exchange, Taichi Keep going. Day 16 11/6/2025 - It's a mom day. She's sleeping soundly. I'm working in Skool. Before I got hooked in though I did some stretching, aware of sound - the O2 machine running, her home's noises, different sounds outside - Tai chi to open and clear the meridians (so my energy flows freely), standing intentionally, trying to keep things in perspective. I hope you all have a beautiful day. Day 15 - oops I forgot to document on this day, though I did do a practice. I tend to do practicing of some sort every day throughout the day but my discipline of documenting in a community is obviously not set in stone, yet. 😬 Day 14 11/4/2025 "practiced" axis/cats this morning. Up super early. For me it's easy to practice first thing in the morning before the day starts rolling. Documenting this is my discipline right now. 💪 Going to the hotsprings for some rest and recharge.

@Alistair Hawkes the children are a little older now, middle school and high school, we all get up at 0530, them to start getting ready, me to start work 6 days a week. Its a grind

Very nice. I was so hoping that you would look more at each other and talk more like a Podcast, more relaxed having a conversation together that we are invited to, like we are the 3rd chair. I know I need a deep clean around my house with clutter, and also the clutter in my mental life. One step at a time. Trying to take small actions to get them all done.

It felt right
Today, I had the opportunity to sit and listen to the mother of a patient who has been very "difficult". I had suspicions of Post Partum Depression and confirmed it today. We talked, she shared, we bonded over motherhood and I used a little time to explain some of the medical miracles we have performed on her daughter in a language that she could understand. She said that she is depressed, she cries a lot. She told me that she can't see anything good. We talked about being able to see the light. She said everything was just dark. Yesterday morning, while grounding myself before work, I felt compelled to take a photo of the just peaking sunrise in my backyard. I thought, I might post this. I didn't. Today, I talked to this mom about thinking about a sunrise. We always see the dark before we find the light. Then I showed her the photo. I asked her to find photos of sunrises everyday when she is feeling depressed and defeated to remember, that the light is coming, it always does.
