Stop Guessing Assignment as a Non-Clinical, franchise owner
Assignment #1: My biggest takeaway is this requires lots of discipline. However, when we build and start executing on it, it could be a habit and when it does, we will likely have a different kind of business and revenue cycle. Assignment #2: My biggest concern/challenge is implementation, having access to tested and proven ad content, tested and proven presentations for in-clinic sessions with leads and so on.
Profit is Created Assignment as a Non-Clinical, Franchise Owner
My biggest takeaway is the "ask the leads what happens if you do nothing" question. This does transform the conversation from a very sales-pitchy delivery to an actual listening and helping exercise. My biggest concern/challenge is that I need to teach these to a PT. Your help and guidance in this matter will be greatly appreciated.
Assignment 3: The Income Illusion Assignment as an investor
Assignment #1: My biggest takeaway is I am not alone to realize that more patients and more hours in the clinic will generate more profits. Yes it does generate more revenue but conversion to profit is a very far away. Assignment #2: My biggest concern/challenge is how does a cash-based offering compete in a market where customers are under the impression that insurance covers everything a PT practice delivers? How do you generate a value-added service without being overshadowed by insurance pressure?
Assignment 2: The Cash DPT Rookie Assignment as a non-clinician
Assignment #1: My biggest takeaway is establishing a very clear offer is vital to the success of a cash based offering. It also needs to define the clearest path to success Assignment #2: My biggest concern/challenge is training my DPT's to sell this kind of an offering and have them change their mindset from a PT to an effective communicator of value for patients.
Assignment 1
- Where are you from? Saint Peters, MO - What stage is your practice at (financial or # of patients/month)? 7th month in business, unable to break even for the foreseeable future with the current patient flows and $/visit rate. Currently around 180 patients/month. - What are you looking to learn? Generating high $/visit opportunities, ideally on an offering that is not tied to health insurance (ideally, cash based).
